By accessing or using TaaTransport's services, you confirm that:

• You accept these Terms of Service in full
• You are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into agreements
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• You understand that quotes are estimates and final costs may vary

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Yes, we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time:

• We will provide notice of material changes via email or website notification
• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance
• We recommend reviewing these terms periodically
• The date of the last update will be displayed at the bottom of this page
• Major changes will be communicated 30 days in advance where possible

Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance.

You may use our moving cost calculator for:

• Personal use to estimate moving costs for your own moves
• Business use for estimating company relocation costs
• Educational purposes related to moving and logistics
• Comparing moving costs between different scenarios
• Saving and downloading quotes for personal reference

Commercial resale or redistribution of our calculator results is prohibited.

When using our services, you must not:

• Use the calculator for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Scrape, copy, or replicate our calculator functionality
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with other users' access to our services
• Use automated systems to access our services excessively
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our services

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access.

Our payment and booking terms include:

• Quotes are estimates: Final costs may vary based on actual volume and distance
• Deposit requirements: 25% deposit required to secure booking dates
• Payment methods: Credit card, debit card, or bank transfer accepted
• VAT inclusion: All quotes include 23% Irish VAT
• Additional charges: May apply for waiting time, parking fees, or extra items
• Final payment: Due on completion of moving services

We provide detailed invoices with complete cost breakdowns.

Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• 7+ days notice: Full refund of any deposit paid
• 48-168 hours notice: 50% of deposit retained
• Less than 48 hours: 75% of deposit retained
• Same day cancellation: Full deposit retained
• No-show: Full booking amount charged
• Rescheduling: Free if requested 48+ hours in advance

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to quotes@taatransport.ie

Important limitations to understand:

• Calculator accuracy: Quotes are estimates, not guaranteed prices
• Service availability: We don't guarantee uninterrupted service access
• Third-party content: Not responsible for external links or content
• Maximum liability: Limited to fees paid for services in the last 12 months
• Indirect damages: Not liable for consequential or indirect damages
• Force majeure: Not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control

We maintain comprehensive insurance for moving services as required by Irish law.

Our services are provided "as is" with these understandings:

• We make no warranties about calculator accuracy or completeness
• We don't guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements
• We don't warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time
• You use our calculator and services at your own risk
• We comply with all applicable Irish consumer protection laws

For moving services, we provide specific service warranties as outlined in our service agreements.
